MONDAY: 5:15 PM
Zumba (with Dot McKeen)

6 week class – $60 (or try 1 class – $12 walk-in)

45 minute class. The cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, core abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body – the heart! Previous dance experience is not necessary and it is instructed with a party-like atmosphere for all level of students to enjoy.  Young or old, come join the party!

TUESDAY: 6 PM
Yogalates (with Dot McKeen)

6 week class – $60 (or try 1 class – $12 walk-in)

This 1 hour class is a blend of yoga and pilates. In this class you will learn the best of both exercise programs which will include meditation, stretching, posture alignment, balance and exercises initiated from your powerhouse. These are the muscles of the abdomen, back and thighs. This combination is ideal for students who want to focus on the mind-body connection as well as keeping muscles strong, flexible and protecting yourself from injury. Students should bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.

WEDNESDAY: 7 PM
Jazz Fusion (with Lisa Gagnon)

6 week class – $75. Classes start November 2nd

This 1 hour class includes fun choreography along with body strengthening, proper technique, alignment and increasing flexibility. This class will allow the student to enjoy creative movement and have a fun safe place to be themselves!

WEDNESDAY: 8 PM
Lyrical/Jazz for 16 – Adult (with Lisa Gagnon)

6 week class – $75. Classes start November 2nd

This 1 hour class is a combo of Lyrical and Jazz Chorography for the older student who would love to dance and workout in one class. We will enjoy a stretching, barre work, turns and leaps and learning proper technique and body alignment. In this hour we will sweat, move and have lots of fun!

THURSDAY: 11 AM
Gentle Beginners Yoga (with Anna Laste)

($15 walk-in or $120 for a 10-class pass)

A 1 hour class designed to teach you the basics of yoga, and allow you to still your mind.  Focus is on your breath and on teaching the principles of alignment while doing gentle seated, standing, and laying poses. NO EXPERIENCE needed! This is the class to start with if you have always wanted to try Yoga, but have been unsure of where to find a class that you will feel at ease in.

THURSDAY: 5:15 PM
Pre-School Class (with Lisa Gagnon)

6 week class – $75. Classes start November 3rd

This 45 minute class is a creative movement class that is geared for the younger dancer. We will include fun learning dance games just for my tiny dancers. This class will start to teach the student to follow direction, be creative, and use our imagination and of course learning Dance along the way!

THURSDAY: 6:00 PM
Jazz Fusion Ages 6 – 10yrs (with Lisa Gagnon)

6 week class – $75. Classes start November 3rd

This 1 hour class includes fun choreography along with body strengthening, proper technique, alignment and increasing flexibility. This class will allow the student to enjoy creative movement and have a fun safe place to be themselves!

THURSDAY: 8:00 PM
Barre Fitness Fusion: 13 – adult (with Lisa Gagnon)

5 classes for $60 or 10 classes for $110. Classes start November 3rd

This 1 hour class is a fun for all fitness levels! It includes muscle toning, mat work, body strengthening, improving flexibility and learning to use dance as a way to get in shape. We will end each class with a 10 minute meditation that will center our body and mind.

SATURDAY: 10 AM
Slow Flow Yoga (with Anna Laste)

($15 walk-in or $120 for a 10-class pass)

A 1 hour class designed with gentle flowing postures.  You will get your energy moving throughout your body using a poses which allow the body to feel energized and centered in a well balanced manner.  This class is suitable for both Beginners and Intermediate Practitioners alike.

SATURDAY: 12 PM
Away With Anxiety Yoga (with Anna Laste)

($15 walk-in or $120 for a 10-class pass)

A 1 hour class designed to alleviate anxiety and teach you tools to manage it in the moments it rears its head. The focus is on breath work, energy stabilization, gaining control of the mind, body and heart rate.  You will leave feeling, lighter and with a sense of freedom from worry that you deal with on a regular basis.  With consistent practice, you will see a decrease in the intensity of your worry and anxiety physically, mentally and emotionally.
