Mondays 5:15 pm: Zumba Fitness with Dot McKeen. Starts May 14 - 45 minute class for 6 weeks. $48.00
The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which target areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, core abdominals and the most important muscle in the body - the heart. Previous dance experience is not necessary and it is instructed with a party-like atmosphere for all levels of students to enjoy. Young or old, come join the party!!!!!
Mondays 7 pm: Zumba with Belkis S.
This class will help you burn calories and tone your body to be in the best shape of your life! Not only will you be working on fitness, but I will use my Latin dance background to incorporate style, body movement, and Latin flavor! This fitness dance class is like no other. Dance experience is not necessary; just come and party!
Tuesdays 6 pm: Yogalates with Dot McKeen. (Blend of Yoga and Pilates) Starts May 15 - 45 minute class for 6 weeks. $48.00
This is a blend of yoga and pilates. In this class you will learn the best of both exercise programs which will include meditation, stretching, posture alignment, balance and exercises initiated from your powerhouse. These are the muscles of the abdomen, back and thighs. This combination is ideal for students who want to focus on the mind-body connection as well as keeping muscles strong, flexible and protecting yourself from injury. Students should bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.
Tuesdays 7:30 pm: Cardio Strip-Tease with Jacki J. (females 18+ Only) ....
This calorie-burning hour can have you working your entire body from abs to thighs to glutes with 30 minutes of exotic-inspired dance followed by core strengthening. Combinations can include hip hop, latin and basic strip tease elements. Low-impact modifications for exercises will be demonstrated when possible. No experience necessary - as long as you’re moving, you’re doing it right!
Be sure to wear an extra, easily-removable top layer so you can
'strip down….to your ideal weight!'
Thursdays 7 pm: Latin Aerobics with Tracy H. starts May 31 with a FREE class
Saturday 9am: Aerobic Dance with Tracy H. Starts April 7 - 8 week Session.
Corework • VERTIFIRM™ weight training • Cardio • Stretching • FUN! We combine stretching & flexibility, corework, weight training and aerobic exercise into each class.
